There are many causes for wrinkles as far as I know such as dehydration. One of the primary reasons is the breakdown of connective tissue by UV irradiation over time, sunlight. Whilst wearing factor 50 would help, it wouldn’t prevent this completely and moisturisers will temporally reduce the effect through hydrating the skin properly. I think they’re more a fact of life and whilst suncream is a good practise, I imagine the prime benefit from it would be to stop you burning and reduce your risk of skin cancer, so keep doing it! While moisteriser will hydrate the upper layers of skin for a time, they won’t however have affect on the deeper layers as far as I am aware
