• Question: why are dogs so obedient?

      I’m not sure! If I was to have a guess, I’d say it might be something to do with dogs being pack-like animals, which means they’re used to having a leader (who would normally lead the pack). It’s possible that when you train a dog you take the place of the leader. Since dogs are used to obeying their leader, they naturally obey their trainer.

      That said, I’m a physicist with next to no knowledge about dogs – so I’m possibly not the best source of information!
