      When you make tight turns in these planes the G-Force makes the blood in your body rush to your extremities… like when you throw a bottle in the air and the water stays at one side of the bottle as you throw it.

      The suits work to put pressure on your legs etc to keep the blood away from there, this is because if too much blood goes to your arms and legs then that person will black out as the brain wouldn’t have enough blood.
